Currently located at 1947 Kingshighway TLP was built to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, creators, musicians and families seeking an affordable venue option. TLP is easily accessible by Interstate 64. 55. 255 and Route 111.

TLP was originally created to be a place for musicians, producers and audio engineers to network and build a community. A place for singers and songwriters to share their creativity and build a fanbase. From a neglected parcel of land overrun with debris, it has since grown. We are currently located at 1947 Kingshighway. On the main thouroughfare in Washington Park, IL.
